Status: Detailed Design/Construction Stage

Located on the edge of Belfast city in a leafy suburban setting this site prompted a grand solution in terms of material and form. Traditional materials are utilised to provide the desired classical character with Belfast red clay brick, natural slate and timber sliding sash windows.  An integrated double garage and carport maximises the presence of the dwelling on the site while also providing some privacy from the neighbouring dwelling.
